Audubon Partners for the Environment Program
The Audubon Partners for the Environment Program engages people from all walks of life in short-term projects that protect and enhance the land, water, wildlife, and natural resources around them.  Audubon Partners for the Environment program members make a commitment to complete at least one environmental improvement project each year and report their results to Audubon International.  Each completed project receives an award to recognize program members for their efforts to foster environmental awareness and good stewardship.

Partner with us to do something good for the environment...

About 10 years ago parents, teachers, and community members of Bay Meadows Elementary joined together in the realization of a dream. Thier dream was to provide an interactive, living outdoor classroom for students and teachers, named the Koala-ty Interactive Children's Garden. Businesses including Walt Disney Co., Rinker Materials Corp., Canin Associates, and many parents worked diligently to amass over $20,000 in donations for the creation of this garden.

Audubon Partners for the Environment Program
Audubon Partners choose from a variety of projects, based on their interests, resources, and time.  Projects are offered in five areas: wildlife, water, outreach and education, eco-efficiency, and community awareness.  The projects are designed to be fun and engaging, with a range from beginner to more advanced.  For instance, Audubon Partners put up nest boxes for birds, plant gardens for wildlife, clean up streams, recycle, improve energy efficiency, and much more!

This program is a perfect fit for businesses and other organizations that want to do something good for the environment, and would like help and recognition along the way.  A special program for schools and youth groups, offers environmental education that helps kids really make a difference.
